Zach's is the perfect place to relax. Terrific food
served in a quaint cottage inn, it's the ideal setting
for anything from a quick business lunch to a special
romantic dinner. One of L.A.’s best treats is enjoying
pasta or pizza with a glass of wine on their outdoor
patio, under the shade of a 100 year-old ash tree.
Zach's is housed in a seventy year-old home, making the
restaurant reminiscent of a Monterey or Carmel café,
complete with French windows and well-worn wooden
floors. Proprietors Albert and Matt have thought it all
through: a menu with many choices for every
palate, a cozy atmosphere, ample parking, and a
convenient take-out counter. It's no wonder Zach's is
one Studio City’s
most popular restaurants.
Zach’s menu is so full of so many treats. Food critic
Alan Mitchell, particularly enjoyed the Chopped
Antipasto Salad and the Pomodoro Pasta. Critics, Solace
Pineo and Thomas E. Meurer made special note of the
Seafood Fettuccini and the Beer Battered Vegetables. The
Hazelnut Chicken in Orange Thyme Sauce, the rigatoni
topped with spicy Italian sausage slices and the Seafood
Diablo, particularly pleased Larry Lipson. All were
impressed with the creative pizza choices, such as
Matt's Favorite. The extensive menu
is also available for
delivery and take-out.
Zach’s inviting atmosphere is a natural forspecial
events . The dining room can accommodate up to sixty guests,
and the patio, an additional thirty.
Whatever the occasion, there is no better place to truly
enjoy yourself than Zach's.
